Karma Yoga Events are collaborations with local yoga teachers and practitioners that come together for a common purpose...to be a part of something greater and to give back to our communities.
Mindfulness and meditation practices are powerful tools that help us understand and focus our minds, gain control over our emotional states, and learn to be more present so that we can experience our lives more fully. These classes or workshops are tailored to the specific population our volunteer teachers work with.
Combining yoga with social services, yoga programs can be set up to serve your specific population. All classes are taught by Certified Yoga Teachers on a one-time or continual basis. The benefits of the physical practice of yoga are many, including body-mind awareness and increased strength and flexibility.
